Non-AAS Supplements On Cycle

I feel like this is a topic that doesn’t get discussed as much & just wanted to see what kind of supplements you guys take for general health. AAS can obviously be dangerous so there is reason to believe we need to be cautious & take precautions with things like blood pressure & cholesterol.

My last cycle I did 500 test e/week 400 tren e/week. For general health supplements i took a greens powder, fish oil, COq10, garlic & a multivitamin. My previous cycle to that one I had issues with my blood pressure getting very high without the use of things like fish oil & garlic, and this last time my blood pressure had no issues at all.

So what supplements do you guys typically take for your health, if any, on cycle?

Currently

Multi, Coq, al-car, p5p, nac, tudca, Zantac, cialis,taurine,metformin, fish oil.

Since I cruise and blast, I take pretty much the same thing everyday

multi-vitamin, vit C, vit D3, biotin, iron, baby aspirin, metformin, boron, cialis,

on blast: add tudac and taurine

CoQ10 gave me insane migraines. Anyone else experience that?

Anyway, I take exactly one supplement, naringrin. If I’m blasting and using an oral then NAC and/or TUDCA. But otherwise I minimize the amount of pills I ingest daily as best I can.

I don’t take any over the counter supps. Should I?

It’s actually prescribed to deal with certain types of migraines/headaches if I’m not mistaken… did you try a different brand and what dosing?

I take a multi, krill oil, red yeast rice, turmeric, taurine, NAC, coQ10, zma at bed. I take all of them whether on or off cycle, most are for my high cholesterol.
