so far none I been taking 10mg ed from a mild ot cycle

none. works very well for me.
Besides bad taste too little estrogen in you body isn’t optimal so don’t go crazy with it.
Nolvadex does not reduce the estrogen in your body, it just prevents you from growing breasts and ups your FSH and LH, do some research!!

I get hot flashes pretty bad if I go over 20mg/day. Otherwise it’s pretty tame.
