Weeks1-15—TestE-500 mg
Weeks1-3—testP-300-400mg
Weeks1-12—EQ- 200mg
Weeks17-19—nolvadex 20mg everyday
I have enough nolvadex to take 20-40mg like once a week during the cycle. If I did that would it be ok or hurt the cycle in any way??

EQ too low
Arimidex while on, Nolva for PCT
4 week PCT 40/40/20/20

i like the test prop front load there…
i’d scrap the EQ, as most folks don’t see much difference with it with test. if you do need to run it, 200 mg is too low… 400-600 is much more common.
i’d start PCT in week 16… test e’s half life has been drastically over-exaggerated, due to some weird chart that was circulating around a while back.
why do you want to take Nolva during the cycle? for it to have a pseudo-HCG effect?
Yeah I guess one of my buddies did it and he has done a few cycles and he said it made a difference… The front load is I think ideal, thanks and the EQ is just more of a joint relief
I’d wait 2 weeks to start pct.
Nolva not the best way but if you can get arimidex your much better off. Besides once a week wouldn’t be enough.
EQ is low unless your just running for your joints. I kinda didn’t care for EQ but right now I’m running it at 800mg a week and with a gram a test a week it’s not too bad

why?
in looking at the actual pharmacology of test e, the half-life is 4.5 days. (reference is Pharmacology of testosterone preparations H.M. Behre, C. Wang, D.J. Handelsman and E. Nieschlag)
You want your levels to drop almost to a normal level. Waiting only a week isn’t long enough IMO

well, i think the EQ makes sense for how you’re using it… with that being said, i presume you have joint issues? if so, you’re gonna want to be very conservative with AI doses…
i’ve never used tamoxifen on cycle, so i can’t personally say on it’s effectiveness. i could see it might have an effect the same way HCG does, but i question how effective a single dose administration is…

the half-life of test e is 4.5 days, not 10 days.
please check my reference…

i always wondered why people used test e/cyp 2-3 times a week, yet claimed it had a 10/14 day half life… it really makes no sense. if it was that long, an injection once a week would make way more sense…
I know what the half life is. Doesn’t mean 500mg of test will be completely gone in 4.5 days, roughly half will be gone based on the persons and their metabolism.

Less peaks and valleys

in 12 days it’s back to baseline.

right… because the half-life is much faster than people claim that it is.
And that’s when you want to start pct. you don’t want suppressive levels of testosterone on your body when you start pct

True I agree

i agree with ya… but based off this, if i shoot Sun-Wed (for example), then this would clear well before starting PCT. however, most SERMs have a rather long half-life (3-4 days, other than Raloxifene). so starting PCT early by 2 days is prolly better than waiting an extra 5 days, IMO.
I get what you’re saying.
But based on a persons metabolism one may need more time

i suppose we need to agree to disagree…
