NO2 from MRI labs does work. NO - explode not so good. I found this site after I had tried a few different types of NO2 products and the only one I got results from was the stuff from MRI. I definitely got leaner and more muscular without changing my diet or lifting routine. I also experienced a huge increase in overall vascularity and my muscles seemed to be engorged with blood all of the time (while taking it). As soon as you stop taking it it’s gone within a week or two. I know the conscensus on this site is that NO2 doesn’t work but I had a different experience - definitely not a placebo effect.
Perhaps the Insuline effect described in the above “Arginine Scam” article is what you experienced. I believe, like what most are saying here, that your money is spent better elsewhere. Too much science against the products for even my common sense to agree with them.

David Barr is wrong because ronnie coleman and triple h both use NO-Explode and they’re both huge.

seriously though NO-Explode works ok as a stimulant the first couple times then its crap. plus the whole glycociamina thing. get some Spike and some creatine its cheaper and safer. best of luck.

He did if he was writing AP style. Sorry, I am a journalist.

You included one comma too many.
If you are merely expecting increased vascularity and a better pump, then NO2 supplements work. But they do not improve recovery, and they really do not help you get bigger and stronger. And you’re throwing a lot of money down the drain because you can obtain those aesthetic effects through much cheaper arginine supplementation.

I have been taking NO-Xplode for about two months. I try things for myself because it is hard to get unbiased reviews of non-FDA products.

I feel that it gets me really going in the gym - probably just the caffeine! Sometimes you go to the gym and just feel like crap and wonder what you are doing there. Days like that are a waste of workout time. With NO-Xplode as a pre-drink I don’t have those days. I’m always ready to go and have a good pump.

On the other hand, I am not seeing any significant gains than if I didn’t take it. For that reason I am not going to re-up after I run out of my current batch.

Try it out for yourself, its only one month. If you dont like it dont buy anymore.

um caffiene pills are like 4 bucks for a hundred. buy them save your lunch money. or drink coffee.

I bought some No-Xplode about a week before I found this site and regret buying it ever since I did. From the first dose it just made me sick taking it before my workouts. I used it for about a week and once I read that facts about the NO products on this site it has been sitting collecting dust. Wish I would have saved my $40 and bought two bottles of Spike instead. NO-Xplode gets a thumbs down from me.

True that. Men’s Health magazine also said caffeine pills are one of its top ten supplements. It stimulates and reduces the perception of pain.

GDI when did they change this?

"Commas in a Series

Use commas to separate three or more words, phrases, or clauses in a series.

A conjunction goes between the last two items of the series.

While some authorities say that the comma before the conjunction is optional, leaving it out may cause confusion, so it is better to include it. "

Well, the class of '87 did graduate 19 years ago. I suddenly feel old.

I tried it, felt a little bit of a pump, nothing serious, it lasted 20 days ( the product, not the pump) it sucked & I never bought it again.

Somthing tells me that you already know the basic feel of NO supplements on this site, and you’re trying to

A. Get people to find articles for you to show someone else how bad they are.

B. Trying to stir the pot here.

I could be wrong though. There’s a first time for everything I guess.
A.no i was just asking if people would recomend it and why. thanks though to the people that went and posted the links.
B.sory but i dont usually browse the suplement section so i wouldnt “know the basic feel of NO supplements on this site”. im not the type of guy to stir anything up

this is the first time youve ever been wrong!! never would have guessed

Damn.
Now I can’t write “I could be wrong though. There’s a first time for everything I guess” anymore.

Oh well. Nothing last forever.

Maybe I’ll just replace “first” with “second”.
