Just want you all to know that I made the terrible mistake of purchasing some whey powder called Ultra Whey Pro.
How can I put it gently…this shit is horrible. I could go slice some earth off the local feed lot and it would probably taste better. Not to mention how much better it would mix.
Certainly not UNIVERSALly good.
Again, just thought you should know.
getting shitty whey SUCKS, god damn i could stand it tasting horrible, but shitty whey gives GAS and diarhhea horrid.
I don’t think people realise how bad BAD whey is.
It is junky and expensive, you pay a lot for what you get.
There are some cheaper ones that are semi-OK but not great.
I remember one that tasted like pink-paint, it was thick and crappy, so bad I threw it out.
But others that have tasted OK, were pretty ordinary, and had a lot of lactose in them.
Better to stick with quality, and eat more real food.
