Haven’t done this much direct bi work in a while. Nice pump but just not satisfying for me. Just going through the motions. Going back to heavy hammer curls and probably the wide grip straight bar curls. Evaluate, adjust, try again.

Spent most of Friday replacing all four brakes, rotors and pads, on my truck. Couldn’t turn the rotors again. Kept putting it off but when I started to almost push the brake to the floor figured it was time.

Got back in the river today. Did an easy 2000m. The water was still running a tad fast so the out was easy and the back not so much so.
Only easy 2000m I would be doing, is floating down stream in a ring. LOL Good work as always Harry.
