Was late for a Tuesday and I was at the gym far from home, so I didn’t feel like doing any assistance after hitting a long-standing squat goal. Did some abs and bounced.

Ok, something happened to me… it must have been that second 205 attempt where I held it an inch above my head struggling with all my might for an eternity… but I woke up this morning and felt like I had been hit by a train yesterday. I have never felt like that after especially when getting 8hrs sober sleep. So weird.
I was planning on deloading next week anyway. Ha, my 2nd log is going to start off with a deload.
