Was late for a Tuesday and I was at the gym far from home, so I didn’t feel like doing any assistance after hitting a long-standing squat goal. Did some abs and bounced.

B) Ab Wheel

Feelin good. Off tomorrow, OHP 1RM Thurs and deads on Fri.

I’ll be in the 242s. Weigh close to 230 now and am gonna add a few more lbs. If I compete.

Ok, something happened to me… it must have been that second 205 attempt where I held it an inch above my head struggling with all my might for an eternity… but I woke up this morning and felt like I had been hit by a train yesterday. I have never felt like that after especially when getting 8hrs sober sleep. So weird.

I was planning on deloading next week anyway. Ha, my 2nd log is going to start off with a deload.
