Sorry, I haven’t taken any since my nutrition and training went to shit the past month since my meet and the holidays. I was waiting for some actual change in my physique so it was more progress shot oriented.

My roommate is driving me insane. He is the clingiest, most emotional dude I have ever met. If a girl won’t have sex with him by the third date, he asks me why they don’t find him physically attractive. If I’m in my room fucking around on my computer, I can hear him on his way up to his room stop outside my door to listen to see if I’m doing something interruptable. I can’t walk anywhere in the area without him saying “I’ll walk with you” (implying there’s a standing offer). It’s not just for me… the dude is literally so crushingly lonely every time he’s without human contact for a few minutes. I’ve never seen such an extravert in my life. He can’t stand being single, etc. etc.
Well, today took the cake.

GAHHHHHHH!!! I just want to jog there and listen to crappy music and zone out and psyche myself up for something I’ve never done before. HE LITERALLY CHOSE HIS FOOD BASED ON WHAT WAS THE CLOSEST POSSIBLE PLACE TO EAT TO WHERE I WAS SPRINTING.
Gah. Anyway, yeah, hill sprints. Tried to take a pic but it’s dark and my camera phone sucks, as always. Also, hill sprints are wrong and should be illegal in this country.

^^That thing x 6 in about 7 or 8 minutes. Stopwatch broke down because my phone randomly rebooted while I was running.
I will run up that thing 10 times in 12 minutes by March 31.

Awesome story. So, over break I ran into my ex-gf from high school at the gas station. Backstory: We dated for a few weeks, and there was an orchestra field trip to Italy that we were both supposed to go on… but my paperwork got effed up, so she went with like 15 other people (most of them my friends from class). Well, while there, she cheats on me the whole time - including IN VATICAN CITY (she’s catholic) - in front of my best friend at the time and several other of my friends. Just blatant cheating in the middle of vatican city.
Anyway, so I ask her what’s new, yada yada… she’s like “oh, I’m getting married” (she had dated some totally different guy for my last year or two of high school, unrelated to the Italy story, he was a cool guy). I say “Congratulations, anyone I know?” She says, I shit you not, “Well yeah, it’s my ex boyfriends ex best friend. Yeaaaahhh…”
I drove away, 30 seconds later I thought about that statement and started cracking the hell up in the car. My hometown people are such winners.
