I was new and never smelled it before, so I had no idea how intense it would be.
So there I was, peer pressure growing by the second. I played it super cool and acted like it wasn’t the first time in my life I had seen this shit. I shrugged, broke one open, and took a HUGE sniff with my Jew nose.
Then I gagged, choked on my gum, and threw up.

Weekend was awesome. Big Penn State win, got to chill at my buddy’s new place and catch up with him (played Mario Cart 64 till 430am after a big ass bar crawl haha). Obvi I killed him at N64.
Switching my OHP and bench days because Monday seems to always be my worst workout, and OHP is not an area of focus right now.

Coulda done more weight on that widowmaker too. Didn’t know what to expect after pulling 455.

You’ll be disappointed. It’s 5-week on the split and meet prep template doesn’t call for extra reps. Next week might be a real good sesh though if I push the weight up on my heavy singles
Are you doing the 5/3/1 for PL meet prep? I’m interested in what that looks like
