Alright these are the pics for the end of week 6 on BCB (remember, I skipped the final week of workouts because of the foot issue, which seems to be healing nicely without the running). I took these before my workout yesterday, so right around the same time of day as the first ones. The only difference is that I didn’t have my girlfriend there to take them for me, so the angles are a bit off. Also, my iphone camera is scratched to shit.

Back. I personally like how much more separated my traps are. They lack actual size, but you can see the leanness in how much they came out.
