The GHRs went much better today. I still need a push to get moving from the bottom, but I’m definately getting better muscle activation.

Incline Bench press, 165lbs
Pullups, 80lbs of assistance, 90 on the last set
DB Bench, 130lbs
Supported DB Rows, 130lbs
Cable backhands, 30lbs
Zottman Curls, 50lbs.

Broad Jump
Elevated Deadlift, 325lbs
DB reverse lunges, 40lbs on the first set, 50 on the rest
Pallof Press, 60lbs

The deadlifts almost killed me. I hitched a bit on the last rep of the last set, but I got them up.

Today
Speed bench, 120 lbs, then 245lbs for the heavy sets
Close-Grip Bench, 225 lbs
Prone Chest Supported Rows, 185lbs for the first set, then 155 for the rest, in order to get a full range of motion.
Inverted Rows
Scapular Pushups

Yesterday

DB step ups, 60lbs

On my third or fourth set of clusters, I went to re-rack the bar and missed the left catch, causing the bar to roll down my arm and drop to the pins. Got a nice bruise out of it, but didn’t really get injured.

Incline Bench press, 175lbs
Pullups, 80lbs of assistance, 90 on the last 2 sets
DB Bench, 130lbs
Supported DB Rows, 130lbs
Cable backhands, 30lbs
Zottman Curls, 50lbs.

This was a high volume week, so even though the weight stayed the same for most exercises, I added a set to pretty much everything verses last week.

Yesterday
Broad Jump
Elevated Deadlift, 225lbs on the first 3 sets, 275 on the rest
DB reverse lunges, 60lbs
Pallof Press, 60lbs

I’ve been pushing to get back on schedule, since I missed a few days, and it finally caught up with me yesterday. I didn’t get much sleep either, so that didn’t help anything, but I couldn’t get good distance on the broad jumps, and my deadlifts just weren’t what they normally are. The first 3 working sets seems to warm me up some, and I was able to grind out 275.

Good progress. Lifts have all come along nicely since you started. Keep doing work man.
