Anyone else here into drag racing?
I’ve been so excited since the NHRA opener at gainesville last week. There’s a lot of energy this season. In Top Fuel alone you’ve got Leah Pruett back, Tony Stewart with a new team (and racing against his wife), lost Brittany Force but then Maddi Gordon comes in with Ron Capps racing and really made a statement week one. BTW, how can you not love Maddi? Shes so full of life and is really wise beyond her years behind the wheel. Funny car you got the Tasca drama and a stacked field. Full fields showing up for qualifying. In 5 months drag racing felt like it went from dying sport to back in business.
Also really interested to see how IHRA does. They are spending a ton of money and renovating some historic tracks. Can’t wait.
