Spezza might be out now too. I’m no Ottawa fan, but they have me feeling sorry for them. One damn thing after another for like 6 or 7 seasons now. Lotsa promise and then down in flames. I think I see the Calgary crowd standing in line trying to get refunds for their tickets. They are being manhandled 3 zip less than 4 in.
Ya know what though, unless San Jose gets a couple more I bet this game turns around. The Sharks came out so hard and so fast I see them losing that pace maybe even before the end of the first. Big early leads blow to play against, but they can be a sleeping potion to the team with the lead after a little while.

I enjoy watching him get ‘put in check’ as you put it. He’s a complete tool, much akin to Chris Neil. That said, it was still the funniest moment of the playoffs so far to me.
