I feel kinda bad for Ottawa. They just cannot get a break. They would’ve had a chance if Alfredsson and Fisher weren’t hurt, but Pittsburgh is making short work of them. Speaking of which I have a feeling the Penguins are going to around a while this year. They look hungry.
Right now Dallas has been pretty much outplaying Anaheim most of the game, but it’s tied. That’s how it goes in this league sometimes.
In our series I think we have Nashville demoralized. It’s not that they’re playing terrible, but they don’t have the solutions to our big weapons or our depth for that matter. At least not yet, knock on wood. Not only that, but Hasek is ON right now. He needs to be under severe pressure to really step it up.
I don’t think the Ducks are getting out of this series with the Stars. Things could change, but Anaheim looks disorganized and somewhat sloppy. They are also being out hustled all over the place and for team with plenty of speed that can’t be a good sign.
