One of the best radio stations in Detroit is broadcast from Windsor, so they are(were?) very popular here. Also, the disc Live Between us was recorded at Detroit’s Cobo arena.
I had front row seats and got to go to a meet and greet with them around 1999. Very down to earth guys except for Gordon, who came off kind of stuck on himself.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!! Holy crap that was fun. I haven’t gotten to participate in street-celebration/rioting in about 2 years. They had riot squads out in Boston marching two-by-two like storm troopers in a couple places. On the plus side I was able to loot a new night-stand and some jewelery.

That was an awesome game. I was having a panic attack until halfway through the third period. It was 3-0 and we’ve had that go away before. But Thomas was a wall and nothing was getting past him last night. My 9 year old, who plays goalie, has been a Thomas fan for the last three years since he started watching hockey and will remember this forever. The entire playoffs awesome for the B’s. It’s going to be a great summer!!! Way to go Boston!!!
