People were witch hunting boston fans, even people wearing yellow and black combos. It was fucked. Sears, the Bay, London Drugs. All looted. Cop cars burned. Transit out of the city is blocked up so people are having a hard time getting out.
I wish they’d hurry up because I have to go to bed!
I argued with a guy at work this week that Canadian Hockey fans are just as much hooligans as British football fans. I get to say I told you so tomorrow.

I’m looking forward to the arrests from idiots posting their looting videos on facebook.
Most people did nothing, just tried to get out and go home after the game. It was a few select groups of kids and young males. Shaking trees, burning garbage, etc. They were calling for riots before the game was even over.
The police are going to get criticized as usual but they are doing a much better job this time than 94. In 94 a lot of cops got trapped in crowds they couldn’t handle and were majorly outnumbered and I remember the tension and over reactions around police for months afterwards because they were still messed up by the experience.
This time they’re just pushing people along with a lot of control or kept the police out of an out of control crowd.
I love the people challenging the cops. The ones who throw shit and loot and when the cops respond they cry “police brutality” and 'omfg, police state".
