I didn’t see it in the game, but that GIF is not long enough to tell if he came from the side or in front of him. If it is from the side it is a blindside, from in front better keep your head up.
It came in front of him, he was looking at his pass while entering the zone. Wasn’t blind side, but was definitely late. He should be suspended.

Oh we’ve got a series now! Those 8 goals on Monday killed Luongo’s mojo. If he doesn’t sit the rest of the way it’ll be the B’s in 6. With the way Timmy is playing it might not matter who’s in the other net.

The backup made a few good saves tonight. It’d probably be in the Canucks’ best interest to start him, but as a born-and-raised Bostonian, I’d like to see them give Luongo another shot!

A born and raised bostonian doesn’t know the name of a BC hockey product in the lineup for the Canucks? That’d be Cory Schneider. My prep school team’s goalie (Jonathan Quick, LA Kings) helped us in lighting him up.
I moved away six years ago and devote much too much time to football to follow anyone other than the hometown team. Plus I was more of a BU fan. hahaha
