At this time I cut off devices totally. No tv no phone no computer. This is my time with my wife. I encourage everyone to do this. If you’re single spend the time reading a book and relaxing.

This is a typical David day. Oh yea. My name is David.

Hoe Lee Shit that’s a lot of food. Any idea the calorie content?

I agree with the device cut off and couples time. Been doing that for years and its good bonding time.

Thanks David. My name is **************.

Also, I had Meadows’ concoction this AM (but made it with whole milk and no protein powder) and I didn’t feel sick during benching at all. Will give this a try for a while. Felt energized and focused.

@NH_Watts haha nice! Hello David.

You can eliminate a meal if you need to.

As you can see I am NOT a fan of high fiber. I find low residue to be better for almost everyone. I also rotate my protein sources when possible to different types of meats etc. but this is basically what I do.

And yes almost every evening my wife and I split a bottle of wine. Haha. Our bonding time is key! We agreed long ago that kids wouldn’t take over our marriage. Our relationship comes first. Our kiddos can see that and model.

Carbs pre workout make a massive difference. Great deal bro!

Oh and as far as calories. Who knows. I gauge more off what the mirror shows

@physioLojik Well I have some work to do as I am on a 3 meal + PWO shake routine at the moment.

Do you ever substitute pasta for rice? Having 3 kids we do a lot of plain pasta so its always leftover and easy to grab.

Todays menu:

5:30 Pre lift Meadows concoction (instant rice cereal, 1 Tbsp PB, 2 tsp choc sauce, 1 cup whole milk)
6:30-7:45 lift
8:30 PWO 1 scoop Trunutrition PWO formula
9:30 4 eggs, 1/2 cup old fashioned oats, almonds + raisins (prob 10) cinnamon + Splenda
2:00 lunch 1 cup of pasta, 6 oz filet, 10oz mixed veg a little butter and about a Tbsp of peanut sauce.
4:00 some dark chocolate with almonds and a banana (yesterday was sausage and some cheese)
7:30 Family dinner - usually 5oz protein, various carbs, various veggies

Looks pretty solid. I would consider adding some pre bed carbs. We don’t do pasta really. If I did I would do rice pasta probably. If it agrees with you go for it! Do you get hungry with the large gaps between meals or do you feel good,

@NH_Watts

I don’t really get hungry between. The reason lunch is so much later is because I won’t eat until I am hungry.

Sometimes we don’t finish dinner until 8ish and I am usually in bed by 10. You think I should sneak something in there?

@physioLojik

@NH_Watts how do you sleep?

@physioLojik Very well. I fall asleep within 60 seconds of laying down and wake up 1 minute before my alarm goes off. I wear a dental device for snoring and an eye mask to block out all light.

@NH_Watts then no need to do a damn thing haha!

@physioLojik Very cool. I appreciate your time and attention. Thank you for giving up your menu so I can gauge where I am. Im off booze for this month and the next two months and so far the scale has gone up. Not what I expected considering the caloric cut I made ditching the beer. But I guess these things can take time to level out. Ive been sick too so I think I am holding onto water with this cold (first one in 4 years).

Cheers. Enjoy your wife and the wine. And that new baby.

@NH_Watts thanks man! I really appreciate that! As far as the calorie restrictions it does take time to level out. But again metabolism changes on a day to day basis.

@physioLojik Damn dude. Not sure what I did to deserve that but I thank you so much. Really missed you dude.

I am 10 days into a decreased dose of 55mg and have labs today for my Endo appt on 2/7. Had 3 spots of acne (1 back and 2 face) by the end of the first week. Gotta love those protocol changes. And I was only around 60-62.5mg since November so the drop was negligible.

What prompted the decrease?

I have an endo appt early next month and the test needs to show a level in the medium range of the scale. If its too high they freak out. Im just playing the game to ease my wife’s mind as she thinks I need to have an endo managing my protocol. The labcorp range used to go to 1100 and recently dropped to 781. So if I come in at 800 they say I am off the charts. Utter horse shit.

Lol. Gotcha! What did the higher dose get your levels to?

@180mg a week (90xE3.2D) I was at a total T of 1965 and a free T of 414.

In contrast I am @110mg a week (55xE3.5D) now.

Where will that put you?
