Do you take some the night of drinking, along with aspirin before going to bed?

I just remember taking it before going to bed with lots of water. I had absolutely no hangover, and I should have at least felt a little like crap.

Was looking at some hangover prevention stuff online and its included in at least one.

Nice. I have a bottle of that and dim. Tried them both but didn’t really like the way I felt so I stopped. Wonder if my e2 went too low.

@anon10035199 was thinking of you today in regard to this list. If you do crash your E2 again would it make sense to try to bring it back up with estrogenic supplements? Also it lists curcumin as estrogenic and you said it crashed yours.

I thought about maybe taking something like flaxseed. Then I did more research and found that most of the ā€œfoodā€ sources are actually estrogenic ligans, and are weaker than e2. So, the chance that I could push out legit e2, for a weaker estrogen ligan, prevented me from doing that.

I also saw this a few days ago about Curcumin being estrogenic. This could be true. The problem I was having was that it was increasing my liver clearance. Flushing out my e2. If you look around online, curcumin is always put out there for liver detoxes.

Side note: God I’m hard headed. I stopped the c4 and let my e2 normalize over 2 weeks. Then I shot myself in the foot. Started taking creatine on Friday, Friday night I also took some zinc because I was starting to get sick.

I literally cannot take ANYTHING! Goddamnit! I want to at least take pump agents for pre workout, but I cant risk it anymore.

Im sure there are some people that think im overreacting , or its all in my head.

I wish it was. I have an easy tell now when my e2 is low. My joints,lips and skin. They are dry as fuck. Its a dead give away for me. Plus my libido is just gone.

I was feeling great Friday, even noticed how my erection seemed ā€œangryā€ (good angry). and my libido was insane!

Then Saturday I woke up and felt funny, felt off. Then sunday woke up and everything was dry…

Fuck me. Have labs coming up soon. Will post updates.

EDIT: I always drink beer when I want to increase my e2. But I have also been injecting large amounts of test to get it back up. That’s probably what i’m gonna do tonight.

Creatine lowers E2 as well?? I take about 10 grams a day post workout. My doc doesn’t test e2, I think I will on my own this month to see where it is.

why not increase your Test in hopes that more aromatizes to E2 which might give you more room to play with other supps.

Sounds like a ass backwards idea but who knows.

@NH_Watts I had a few brews over the weekend, and Monday I did 50 IM and 20 SQ, and last night I did another 70mg shot. Recovery is so slow. Joints this AM are still popping, but much less discomfort. Lips starting to recover, skin still dry but not scaling.

@bcostigan41 I wouldn’t jump to the conclusion that it will affect YOU that way. Lately it seems like any supplement has the potential to make me crash my e2. Doesn’t seem to affect others the same way. I was taking C4 preworkout for 2 months, and slowly I started to get dry skin/lips, painful joints, popping tendons, scales on the back of my knuckles. Also, forgot to mention, complete loss of libido. Erections sucked. no feeling.

Now im not sure if it was the creatine, or the b6/b12. It has both. And when I restarted just creatine, I had the same effect. I thought it was from the b6/b12. Maybe it was both.

@newbvet I would LOVE to experiment with supps, but im in a low e2 sand trap right now. I cant even get my e2 back up and keep it stable. I can inject up to 100 a week but im at 90 right now. I just have to be careful with labs and stuff.

On 100 a week, I started to get mild e2 symptoms.

Jesus dude. I don’t think you actually need that much.
I was taking 1-2 grams a day and I got the effects I was looking for.

I also eat a lot of steak.

How much is the little scooper that comes with it? 5g? I use one scoop each PWO shake 4 days a week after lifts. I too eat a lot of steak.

I hate the ā€œone rounded, or heaping scoopā€ā€¦ Id rather use exact measuremeants. The stuff I get just says, ā€œone rounded teaspoonā€

The C4 had 1 gram of creatine per scoop, I would take about 1.5 a day. And I got the muscle mass increase effect.

My only worry about steak so often, (and the frequent larger injections) is my HCT/HGB. Its always been well within range, but im a little concerned.

My chest is sometimes red near the top by my neck, Its transient, but I have heard that when this is constant, its a RBC/HCT issue. No other symptoms though.

Top of my neck has been read since I have been on TrT. I just gave blood for the second time. They allow every 2 months for blood donations. That helps keep the RBC/HCT in check.

So it stays that way even after you donate? Its not super bad, and it comes and goes kinda. How is your HGB/HCT? Mine has never been near the top.

I noticed the redness stayed constant from when I started TrT. Now it comes and goes. Donating had helped. This is what I believe. Dont know how accurate or true it is. BUT my Dr did tell me donating would help keep everything in check along with lab work.

Same for the redness areas.

I just wonder how much is ā€œnormalā€. I mean I know RBC production is increased. so some additional redness makes sense.

Gonna check my CBC in about 15-20 days.
