I was thinking about you. Are you doing the staggering strength doses thing? If you are, it could be that.

When I staggered the strength of the dose to get out of the hemostasis, I was feeling a lot of negative things.

Definitely a supplement issue @charlie12.

I’ve just been at 90 a week 45/45. Every now and then ill go 100 50/50. Then back to 90.

Getting labs in a few days and also at the end of the month. Checking DHEAS and Pregnenolone also, in case those are low. More BS to deal with.

Supplements do shit. I just read that zinc may lower cortisol. Last I checked my am cortisol it was low normal. I think I should take zinc at night with my mg.
I been taking the zinc in the am.

Who the f knows!

I take ZMA (zinc and mag citrate) at night right before bed. Not sure if it does anything but I know I need them. The docs on the TRT revolution podcast all suggest magnesium glycinate.

I use to take zinc and magnesium also. I still would like to take the magnesium, helped with sleep and muscle tightness.

Pretty sure magnesium is another one that has potential to fuck my e2. Until I can figure it out, not taking it.

I take in separate pills.

I take mag glycinate and zinc picolinate.

Here’s my routine btw

Before breakfast I take a couple of citrucel for fiber
After breakfast I take multi, 5k units of D3, 20 mg zinc p ( moving to night ) my mutli has 24mg zinc

About noon my 5.5 mg Cialis. I take extra 5.5 on Fridays
Also allopurinol in afternoon for high uric acid in urine.

Between dinner and B4 bed more citrucel tabs

B4 bed 200 mg mg gly and will now do the zinc p

I hate to change anything cause I feel good and sleep well. But I don’t think it’s a big deal moving the zinc. Even though it’s only 20mg it is I think the most rapidly and fully absorbed form.

Here my multi btw . I take the over 50 even though am younger cause it had decent amounts for zinc , selenium and b12

Im going to do this once my ZMA bottle is up.

I take 1000mg mag every night before sleeping. Helps a ton I feel.

I take everything except ZMA after my first meal usually. The list is long including Ashwagandha, 10k IU vit D, allopurinol, selenium, ADAM male multi, kelp, curcumin, TUDCA, sunflower lecithin, and a few others. Also about 2200 mg of omega 3 via Arctic Cod Liver Oil.

@roscoe88 check this out https://www.longecity.org/forum/topic/56935-supplements-that-lower-libido/

Shit I take resveratrol and Saw Palmetto too (have been for over a year). No libido issues though.

Read the thread . Pretty interesting. Mentions fish oil too. Just trying to help Roscoe with arousal.

Maybe lower magnesium too Roscoe. I think 400 mg of glycinate is plenty.

I have read on other forums where some people get symptoms similar to finasteride using Saw Palmetto.

dumping …thank you.

Dude, no problem.

Yea, scary stuff. Some guys were taking it for their prostate. I guess DHT inhibition. Anyway, several people said they had symptoms persisting for years after fucking with it.

No thanks!

I messed around with Stinging nettle a little bit. Supposedly also helps with prostate, but less chances of sexual side effects. I was using it for SHBG though. Still, gotta be careful.

Yeah I think I took it for a while to try to bring ā€œvolumeā€ back but I just had to get my E2 down and then it was way better. I just took inventory of my vitamins and Saw Palmetto isn’t in my current arsenal so I def phased it out. I think I only used 1 90 day supply. What about L-Tyrosine? That was the only other one I forgot except for Cal-D which we all know is anti-estrogenic.

Thanks Charlie.

I don’t take any of those items.

HOWEVER, just today I started low dose buspar. Some say it can help libido. I have a good amount of anxiety and consider myself a bit introverted. Buspar has been known to decrease serotonin production in smaller doses and help w dopamine.

At this point, I’ll try anything.

Jesus, I hope not.

That’s the last supp that I use every now and then. Did a bunch of research and couldn’t find anything regarding it helping the liver.
