NFL Draft 2011 LIVE SPILL

Damn now I feel bad I hope he hasn’t looked.

With Fairley and Suh, Detroit can have a better DT tandem then the Williams brothers in Minny. Both are mean bastards, gotta watch your QB’s and RB’s necks.

They even added some sick weapons on offense as well. The Lions no longer look like a joke and should be very fun to watch this year.

^ so long as stafford is able to stay healthy. i really like him and hope he is able to. they are looking like a real team, im a little nervous

Remember Matt Millen’s terrible draft picks when he used to run that team. Much better commentator and analyst.

My dream 49ers season:
DPOY: Patrick Willis (get into the playoffs and there’s a chance)
Offensive Rookie of the Year: Colin Kaepernick
Pro Bowl Alternate: Aldon Smith

And yes, I’m dreaming, that’s what I get for growing up in the 80’s and seeing greatness!
If anyone is old enough to rememeber the 49ers first SB season, I remember my Dad staying up late at night to watch the 49ers lose to Cleveland at home because the game was blacked out during the day.

Back to reality:
Offensive Rookie of the Year: Mark Ingram (AJ Green might not have Carson at QB, and Julio Jones will be sharing the ball in Atl)

Defensive Rookie of the Year: Nick Fairley (Patrick Peterson will have at least one Pick 6 and a punt return for TD, but one player is not enough with that team)

I like all of it. I’ll take:

Daniel Thomas as my OROY

Von Miller as my DROY

first things first- my team gave a giant screw you to DJ today when they selected stephen paea in the second round. causing him to lose a bet and he must now change his avatar. suggestions will be taken starting now.

i love that carimi fell to us in the first round. everything about that pick fits well with our team and i think tice will only help this kid. other than winning a friendly wager i do like paea in our defensive scheme. so long as he holds up.

***the pats just took ryan mallett as im typing this- wow. i like mallett and he just gets to sit and learn, well see what happens with him.

the lions scare me a lot. fairley?!?! genius pick. i really thought they were gonna swipe up bowers too, that would have been awesome. they also picked up a wr and rb theyre doing things right, they deserve it.

lots of more thoughts but i just want to make sure everyone SEES this and we can all rag on DJ lol. (its all in good fun brotha) [/quote]

FML dude do you have contacts with the bears or what? I didnt even get to watch the draft until yesterday rounds 2-7 on the DVR. I was what about 4-5 picks away from him going in the 3rd? And then the fucking bears pick him up.

I will stand by whatever you pick, except women. Fat chicks is fine but no semi naked women or the wife will have my balls. I also hope the kid does good for the bears.

DJ’s new avi?

I’d take Von Miller, but Dumervil will take some of his sacks and tackles. Suh will be taking on blockers which will leave Fairley one on one a lot.

How about this one? Smiling is that real? That is the most homo picture of him I have ever seen.

.

They posted a similar pic on deadspin last week and a google search of “tom brady headband” gave me this one.

I was waiting for the right time to post it

edit: wait. It might have been SportsPickle… not that it matters, I know

For the record, I was unaware of Denver’s plan to move back to 4-3. Knowing this, I like the Von Miller pick-up a LOT less. He has sideline-to-sideline speed and agility, but he’s proven to be a better pass/bull rusher through his time at A&M and he would have fit MUCH better in a 3-4 system. Very disappointed knowing this.

The same can be said about Dumervil, too.

John Fox is a moron.
