I hate that cocksucker.
Romo gave me 70 FF points today, that’s crazy.

I actually feel bad for Romo.

I agree. In looking at the numbers, he outperformed Manning but the focus will be solely on his throwing an ill-timed interception.

Yup.
“Cowboys done in by another Tony Romo mistake”
Ya, the defense gives up 50 points, Romo throws for 500+ yards, and 4 TD, but it’s Romo’s fault…

Oooop there they are.
lol… He Romo’d.
Sans that one minor little pick at the end, he was phenomenal. They HAD that game. I was pulling for the 'boy’s which I do seldom. Romo was other worldly for most of the game. Just couldn’t close the deal.

The Giants front office gets at least some credit for this start. You cant just keep letting big pieces go and not expect it to catch up with you. Blackburn is a beast who never really got the respect he probably deserved.
I think the giants main issue is the O-line. It’s easy to blame Eli, but damn homeboy is running for his life every snap. Nobody is going to succeed with that o-line.

It’s not ‘his fault’ in the grand scheme of the entire game, but when it comes down to it they had the ball in a tie game with ~2 minutes left, and Romo threw a pick inside their own 30(20?). In spite of their lack of defense throughout the entire game they had a shot to drive for the winning FG; he didn’t get it done when it mattered even if he was the only reason they had a shot for it mattering at all.
This isn’t exactly the only time in history people have talked like this about a sport. Nobody gives a fuck how great you are if you fuck it up in crunch time.

Fucking Texans, man.

He had just been sacked the previous play. Had they not gotten the first down they would of lost anyway. There is no way the defense would of magically stopped Manning at that point. He had no choice but to try and make something happen.

Yup. You can only ask defense to do so much…

Honestly man. JJ Watt, Cushing and Mercilus are wasting the best years of their lives because of Schaub and Kubiak.

I have to agree, I can’t put this one on Romo. He had an epic game.

I don’t know what’s wrong with Schaub. He’s never been this bad. It’s not like Kaepernick was tearing it up, defense was playing well but if you are on the field the whole game you’re going to let up some points. I have a feeling this is Schaub’s last year regardless.
Tebow time?? ![]()

Has Schaub ever been the guy? He’s never impressed me all that much.
NO. Schuab is Joe Flacco without the skill.

Lol, lots of people still hate Joe. I can’t figure out why though.

That INT was on 2nd down, and DEN had actually been using quite a bit of clock on their drives so there’s not some 100% guarantee they get a FG when they get the ball back with a minute or less.
I’m not saying Romo should get all the blame, or even as much as he is getting. But he is absolutely not absolved of it because of his game to that point. He fucked up.

Yeah, I think he was. Sadly his best years were before having the lights out defense he has now. I have seen him be really, really good.
