I’m a Niners fan and have been my whole life. With that being said… I think a 4 game minimum should be the suspension for a DUI.
It’s complete BS that guys are able to plea down and get out of legit DUI’s and avoid punishment for them. I mean look at Marshawn Lynch. He got a DUI a year or more ago and STILL hasn’t faced punishment for it.

I did not see the game but it’s hard to pick the a team like the giants to go 0-4. I definitely would not overlook Carolina though they have a pretty good defense and an Offense that can be good from time to time depending on how Cam Newton plays.
