NFL 2013

Damn what a rough game. I almost feel sorry for Brady. I’m sure he is missing Gronk and Welker right now. Geno is having hell and I’m not sure how much is his fault of holding on to the ball too long or his receivers not getting open.

Oh God, this game is unwatchable…Plus, I HATE Michael Irvin. Go open up a dealership or something.

Jets are such a classless team. Those were such cheap shots at the end.

I never thought they could squeeze one more mullet wearing shit-head in this place…

I was wrong.

If any receiver on ANY team could catch a fucking ball it would have been a different game. For my own selfish reasons Clyde Gates and Stephen Hill killed the Jets chances. Once again the Jets front 7 was excellent, However they better get there secondary straightened out because if Brady had any modicum of a receiver to throw too (besides Edelman’s 90 catches for 12 yards) it could have gotten ugly.

On the bright side the aforementioned front 7 and even though he threw INTS in the 4th quarter, Smith should have had a better showing because of the drops.

Pats better get healthy in a hurry.

Brick is a class act as is Mangold, jets weren’t classless especially when the we are talking Aqib Talib who is a jerkoff.

No one and I mean no one is worse than Collinsworth though. At least Gruden knows what he’s talking about.
I donno. Yeah, Gruden knows what he’s talking about, I don’t find Collinsworth as annoying. What I don’t like about Gruden is get’s a hard-on for a particular player and he just won’t stop. I’d say he’s over complimentary, borderline queer. I can take poor analysis better than hammering on about a single thing or person over and over the whole game.
I don’t dislike Gruden, I think he’s a nice person and all, but when get’s on a bandwagon he drives me nuts…

Ya, I completely agree. I think Collinsworth also does this, but to a less degree. Collinsworth just irritates me for some reason.

Don’t think he had a choice. Certainly it would have been better if he could, but ligament injuries are best left to heal completely if possible. Personally, to me it looks a little tentative.
I know the Redskin pretty much have no choice but to go with RG3, but I think he could use another month.

Agreed! Say a lotta things about them, but classless ain’t one of them. Classless is cutting a guy 3hrs before a Superbowl. Classless is Spygate. Classless is taunting a player about his dead brother, ie- Torrey Smith…

I can go on.

I saw just as many Patriots punches thrown as I did Jets. Kind of a joke that only Jets players were ejected. And the Mangold hit was not as dirty as everyone says. Talib jumped up in the air and had not come down yet when Mangold made first contact. Also Mangold had put his head down so I can believe he didn’t think Talib was going out of bounds as he had already avoided just taking an easy step out once. I hate both the Jets and the Pats so its irrelevant to me but I just cant see where anyone could say that mess at the end was all Jets.

I’m guessing there were some things said on the field that lead to more Jets getting punished than Pats.

Either way, the Pats are doomed. The only side of the ball that looks okay is the D, and Brady is in ultra bitchface little baby mode…

This might be the last game they win without a full speed Gronk and Amererrandolololololoa.

So like, lose the next 4. Unless the D suddenly becomes top 5.

Lol

That D sucks for real life but is great for fantasy purposes

Yeah, I mean they have done just enough to win the last two weeks, but haven’t face a real offensive threat outside the Jet’s running game, which chewed them up last night.

Why the Jets didn’t run more in the 4th is beyond me. They could have just walked right in.

I think they can beat Tampa, But then the pats go to Atlanta and I don’t see the secondary keeping up.

Probably because their coach is Rex Ryan…

I think RG3 is fine especially seeing the way he played in the 2nd half. That and I think he will light up GB defense.

I’ve so had it with this league.

No fucking kickoffs anymore, no fucking hits, every hit on every quarterback and receiver is a penalty… i hate Roger Goodell and I’m nearly done with watching.

Which sucks, because I love this sport.

Ughhh.
Ya, I’m have similar feelings. Like the “late” hit on Kapernick, come on…

I love the no celebrating sacks this year too. It’s like, “Fuck you defense no one came here to see you.”

I didn’t see the Kapernick hit, but the one on Geno Smith last night and the penalty they called on the Giants d-lineman for just wrapping up Romo’s legs - NOT EVEN HITTING HIM - were ridiculous.

And the kickoff rule just throws me for a total loop…it’s like I’m not even watching football anymore.
I didn’t watch the game last night. It was too boring (watched TUF actually which wasn’t bad), but I can imagine it was a joke call. I love the announcers too. “You know with the emphasis on player safety that’s gonna get called every time.” Didn’t realize the NFL is played by Disney Princesses now.

The kickoffs are getting boring to. Kicks just sail right out of the end zone 85% of the time, which is super fun to watch.

The damn kickoffs are annoying. And while I find some of the hits look like they may hurt, it doesn’t mean they validate a flag. It is football…

I’m still not gonna stop watching though. I finally have a reason to watch so I can’t bail now
