It’s funny, I used to hate him but he’s kinda grown on me …

Reid is a fucking stud who is already a better FS, coverage-wise, than Goldson was. Every time I hear something about him it’s basically this: he doesn’t make many mistakes at all and when he does, it’s the first and last time he makes them.
And he’s a hard hitter, too. Not as big a hitter as Goldson, but that worked against Goldson as much as it worked for him. 15-yard penalties and blown plays because he went for the kill shot and missed happened semi-regularly with him. In today’s NFL it isn’t that important to be able to hit big at that position anymore. With all the pass-happy offenses now the most important skill by far for a FS is the ability to cover, and Reid looks solid there.
Not sure if he’ll be in Lott/Woodson/Reed territory, but when all is said and done he’ll at least be a small notch below them.

I was winning my matchup this week by 15 going into monday our crappy tightends were going head to head and the asshat got lucky and beat me by 1.98 points. Starting Bennet this week instead!
Freaking Cincy defense killed me this week, playing someone who had Peyton, Cruz, and Jared Cook all starting didn’t help matters though. I felt pretty good only losing by 6.
My motto was gonna be play whatever D is up against JAX but I’ve since changed that idea as Henne is at the helm. Dude has a cannon for an arm and while you may still get a pick or 2, he’s also gonna roll up the score big time and throw big yards. Now is the time where guys like Cecil Shorts and MJD get theirs…
