LOL Kap had some decent #'s def better then what I thought he was going to be but he won’t be in the MVP conversation.

No way!
That’s just not cool. There was a pretty interesting article on ESPN about how the NFL should adopt a playoff seeding system like the NCAA Tournament. It was pretty cool and made some valid points.

Oh, I like Kap just fine. I think he is a very talented QB and will get better as time goes on. He is human though and has showed it more this year.
Warren Sapp said something very profound a while back on NFL network. “The most adaptive living organism is an NFL defense.” That’s pretty close to what he said. If you come out with something new and do it really well, NFL defenses are going to catch up and shut that down. I think that happened to Kap this year. He’s still good, but he’s not ramming the ball down anyones throat anymore.
Foles to me is the story of the year as far as QB’s go. In the end, I think Foles is a better QB than Kap, not more athletic, just smarter.
But the best of the newbies to me is Russell Wilson. He just gets is done, period. I love to watch him play.

I would like to see that more in College than the NFL. I don’t think there is anything wrong with the NFL playoff format. And football is an outside game and sometimes it’s cold.
This is where I think GB has an advantage. Yes, I know SF is an outside team too, but SF has dramatically better weather than GB. I think GB is a better cold weather team, still stinging from a pounding by SF earlier in the season. I think this should be a good and close game.
Overall, SF has a better team, but I get the feeling GB is going to pull this one out.

Wow! The high in GB is going to be -5 on Sunday. Brrr. I do believe I would be wearing sleeves if I were playing. That’s dangerously cold. That ball is going to feel like a chunk of granite.
he who can throw it, and he who can catch it in that weather will win the game.

I agree that Wilson is the best of the newbies. And in the playoffs between Carolina, SF, and Seattle who all have good teams and great defenses I think it’s going to come down to the QB’s needing to make a play or come through with a drive. I give a slight edge to Seattle because of home field but Arizona proved they’re not unbeatable.

I think that GB offense with Rodgers and Lacy will have a big game.

Quite honestly, I cannot even fathom what -51 degrees feels like. I’m not so sure it’s dipped under -10 in any recent memory.

I would be surprised if anyone had a big game with the temp being 50 below lol
Does anyone else think it’s rediculous that the games will be blacked out if they’re not sold out? I mean c’mon a playoff game? We’re not talking womens NBA here…

That is why a lot of teams are putting tarps over the upper level seats. Just look at the overhead shots from last week Broncos-Raiders game (or any Jacksonville game). The entire upper deck was covered so they could meet the ticket sales requirements.

I was wondering how those teams haven’t been blacked out yet this year and the Chargers had one game that was blacked out. Qualcomm is a shit hole stadium.
Holy shit what a comeback. The Colts sure are lucky to go from Peyton Manning to Andrew Luck. That fumble by Brown that landed right in Lucks lap was just crazy. I don’t think any game the rest of the postseason is going to be as high scoring as that.
