Joe they are in total organizational rebuild, going to take minimum 5 years.

  1. Dan Patricks’ radio show sucks, his “dannettes” slow the whole show down with their clamboring for air time. “Man Cave” and “Fitzy” are two words I’m simply over

I hate to admit it but I agree. Ever since he was on SportsCenter, Ive really like Patrick. Great commentator and one of the best interviewers. Although I listen to the show daily, I despise the “Dannettes”. Especially McLovin. A total idiotic dipshit who shouldnt even have a job in the mass communication field. Totally wrecks the show.

And where is Terrelle Pryor???

He has to be seeing guys like Cam Newton, RG3, Andrew Luck, shoot even Cinci’s Dalton and regretting everything that happened.

He very well could have been a #1 pick heisman candidate and on and on.

Now he’s a Heisman winners’ backup on a team that doesn’t look too good.

How do you go from 8-8 to “total rebuild”?

Oh yeah, fire your HC.

He’d be starting if Al Davis was still alive lol

Has anyone ever watched Pryor try to throw the ball? He’d be a good tight end, since he’s fast, but throwing the ball is kinda important to being a qb…

They were in serious financial cap hell. Also owner dies and son is a twat so total rebuild

Well did anybody else think that game was going to be a total blowout? I think it was a combination of the Giants still having a good offense without some of their weapons and the Panthers sucking badly on defense.

That plus trading away your first round pics will do it every time.

At the end of last year Newton’s numbers started coming back to earth. Something like 200 yards pasing over the last eight games and he was prone to throw picks last year as well. I’m not saying he’s bad but I think he’s regressing back to the mean as defenses get a better idea how to figure him out.

I didnt get to see game, me personally (Joe we have discussed this) I think Cam will be in that top 10 discussions for years, however he will be like all the other QB’s in the league. They have bad games or bad game plans. Hell both Mannings last week threw 3 interceptions.

Amazing how last week I hear Cam is entering in the top 5 of QBs and after this shit show I hear Cam needs alot of work…ahh gotta love the NFL every week the panic button is pushed.

Times have certainly changed around here, and rightfully so, when Plax was on jints all that was ever said about Eli is how Plaxico has made him a better QB because he is terribly inaccurate and really benefits the target that is Burress.

Fast forward to present day, and all I hear is how Eli Manning makes everyone better…and I agree. Just check out Bennett and Ramses Barden…as slow as I am I think I would catch 3 passes from him for like 20 yards if he was my QB lol.

Eli Manning…Best QB in the league right now? Its not a ridiculous thought anymore.

I think he’s still fairly raw and his upside could be Rothlesburger like and his downside could be Jeff George during his betterish years. But he’s got to not throw as many pics as touchdowns.

They love to pick some guys and annoint them as great or terrible without ever letting them prove they are either.

If RG3 as to bad games in row they will start picking him apart i.e. reads, touch etc. On the other hand if he had two more good games he will be the best that ever played.

Need more games first, I will say that was a hell of a come back after getting ass raped the first half last week against the Bucs.

I am hard headed I would still feel safer going with Peyton or Brady then maybe Rogers

I actually agree, he is still only 2 games into his sophomore year. I think though his ceiling is really high, cause he has the right mental approach to the game.

Wait…do you hate him cause he is from Auburn?

I don’t hate him at all. Remember Auburn is my second favorite college team. I just think the pro and college games are very different. he’s still in some ways very raw and he may or may not be able to adapt after defences adapt to him.

I never buy into hyped QB’s until year 4 or 5, just heard it too many times. Plus the turnovers worry me.

^ I know Joe I was just poking at you, you Bama lover.

I also agree, year 4-5 is really where the rubber meets the road for QB’s

Plus I never want to be unrealistic fan guy who falls for player/team and just keeps believing.
