NFL 2011 Part III

Just incredible, I’d quite happily marry Romeo Crennel right now.

The refs need to stop shitting flags out of their ass out in the Jets Iggles game. How the fuck was that roughing the passer when Vick used his helmet on Dixon? Fucking pricks.

Why is that taunting? its retarted, yes but Ive seen a lot worse than that, today no less!

Did anybody watch the Texans game today? What the fuck happened?

My boy Le’ron Mcclain put a hurting on Packers linebackers today. Defense played lights out and the Chiefs finally played to there potential. My friend is a Packers fan and i’ve been telling him for 2 weeks that I thought if the Chiefs offense didn’t turn it over they could beat the Packers. Yea, he’s pissed haha.

I just dont know whAtto say. Horrible day. Bad coaching.

This game is fucking awesome. Fuck the Shitbirds. Go Chargers!

Crazy day in football today. A lot of teams with losing records beating teams with winning records.

I always say, Why can’t the Chargers always look like this!?!

Jets are a terrible football team. Gonna go 8-8, make into the playoffs anyway, beat the Texans, and lose to whoever.

Matty, I’m sorry. I’m really, REALLY sorry. But–Sanchez is not the one. He may get there, but he doesn’t have it.

I know you’ll say those two passes were on Holmes. And yes, that’s true. But they have no rhythm, and that’s on him. He has no pocket presence, and that’s on him. The guy is “good on the run” as they say, but, unfortunately, he just can’t read blitzes and folds to the unexpected pressure. Okay, his line isn’t doing him any favors, but still.

Drawback: I had to sit next to Fireman Ed, and you know how I feel.
Benefit: Also sat next to some of the football wives. Keller’s wife is awesome…and has some very not nice things to say about Mark.

Sucks. Not beating the Giants.

I thought you were in love with Tebow you fickle basterd lol. I would have loved to watch that game, sounds like they not only beat them but dominated.

I’m beginning to think that the the era of dominating running backs is over. Chris Johnson was the last maybe.

When was the last time any RB went on a tear of consecutive one hundred yard games? Foster?, CJ, AP? To me I would rather tune in to watch a RB go for his tenth game in a row over a hundred yards that a QB throw for over three hundred in ten. A RB always has to bring it on every play but a QB can get junk yards against a prevent defense at the end of a lame duck game and get his three hundred.

What brought this on?

A) Two back systems,

B) Gimpy hamstrings which seem to be happening at an alarming rate these days,

C) Pass dominent systems,

D) Chicks don’t dig the running game,

E) That cocksucker Godell who wants to attract new fans with high scoring games. Okay I’m stretching on that one lol.

F)…your reason if you got one.

While I’m in a bitchy mood I am starting to loath the gloves worn by wide recievers. Back when Jesus was my carpenter apprentice and we watched football a one handed grab was a rare thing to see and even HE was impressed, now it’s no big deal, happens every game, It just ain’t right.

Ha! you cheeky fucker, that’s exactly what I mean. Many Steeler players wear them so I feel like a bit of a hypocrite whining about it.

That’s why tonights game between the Niners and Steelers is a tough one for me. I love the way the Niners play, pound the ball, smash the QB, odd deep ball and voila!..boring football lol.

To satisfy my own curiosity, I’ve constructed a spread sheet breaking down team yards per play differential. The spreadsheet also has TO differential, passing YPA differential, and wins included, so it gives a pretty good indication of why a team has or hasn’t been successful this season.

The top 12:

Pittsburgh +1.3: Lack of takeaways is the only thing keeping this team from being great (-7 TO differential). That and a kicker with no confidence beyond 40 yds.

Houston +1.0: They were the team to beat before Schaub went down. Who the hell knows now. Easily the most balanced team in the league. Above average if not elite in every phase of the game. Now? Who knows.

New Orleans +0.7: Best team in the NFC.

Philadelphia +0.7: -12 TO differential and horrible pass D have crippled them this year.

Baltimore +0.6: Right where they should be. Anemic passing game bailed out by stellar defense and Ray Rice.

Dallas +0.6: This should be a 10 win team if Romo hadn’t choked 2 of them away.

San Diego +0.4: -7 TO differential has hurt, but they are coming on late, like usual.

Detroit +0.4: Right where they should be.

Green Bay +0.2: +20 TO differential(!) and 9.2 YPA(!) from Rodgers gets you 13-1 with a terrible D.

New England +0.2: +9 in TOs and Tom Brady = 11 wins. Belichick will be exposed when 12 retires. D is worst in NFL in YPP at 8.2, tied with GB. Brady is simply that good. It kills me to say that.

SF is tied for 13th with +0.1, but they are also +21 in TOs.

Oh and the teams I listed were only the top 10.

I’m a bit of a gold digger alright. Ya it was amazing the scoreline doesn’t reflect the game at all. If Kyle Orton had had more starts we might have slaughtered them as we had 4 red zone field goals. The D was spectacular in particular Tamba Hali. Total beast.

Come on John! Your gonna pin that loss on Sanchez!!! How about pinning the loss on the atrocious Defense, or maybe the reason Sanchez has no pocket presence because WAYNE FUCKING HUNTER is the worst O lineman in the league, and when they sit him who they sit him with the only o-lineman who may be worse…VLADIMIR DUCASSE hes getting pummelled out there! This loss lays solely on whoever’s responsibility was to cover Brent Celek, their front line, their atrocious O line and that fucking idiot Santonio Holmes, are fucking captain what a joke!

Now you cant leave me hanging about what Keller’s wife said about Sanchez…come on bro do tell!

The problem does start w/the O line but it ends w/Schitty & Callahan. They shoulda known better to leave turnstile Hunter out there by himself. Why they didn’t run the jumbo like they did last week against KC is mind-blowing.

Santonio got his money. He is now a diva punk.

We have strong corners & shitty safeties. I’ve been saying this all yr. You can’t win w/Smith back there. Though I read today where the Iggles wr’s were calling out the def. formations to Vick. We aren’t built to stop speed. It was a horrible mismatch.

I’ll defer on Sanchez cuz most of you know where I stand on him. Though not all his fault, he definitely has issues when standing in the pocket.

& YEAH! Roman-stud-ello give it up on Kellers wife talk.
