I’ll take the easy pick now: Packers/Pats with the Pats prevailing.
I posted Packers/Pats as well many posts ago but my biggest worry is Atlanta. I am glad we do not face them again this year.

Holy shit. There are alot of Jets fans here. Its…disgusting…
Looks like the T-Rex is taking the back seat. Bout time. Beck seems to have a smarter head on his shoulders and possibly a better arm. The latter will take some time to tell.
SSC, looks like Newhouse has filled in quite nicely with the absence of Bulaga. Jared Allen will be lining up on him. It will be a great test.
I am seriously curious about Palmer starting this weekend, if your a bengal fan you gotta love the robbery they pulled for a QB who hasnt played all year, regressed the past 2 years when he played. Bungles gotta give a big fuck you to everyone who thought they would be the worst team in the league.
Another good move with Brown going to Detroit, I still think he has a bunch left in the tank, he has been only playing part time the past 2 years.
Oh and the NY FOOTBALL GIANTS WILL DEFEAT THE PACKERS and give them there only loss of the season.
I think the Raiders did give up a lot to get Palmer. They got what they really needed. I’m also really curious to see how Palmer plays this weekend against the Chiefs. The Bengals get at least one more first round pick for a guy that they weren’t going to play anyways so it’s an easy win for them.

Ravens/Detroit
and the lions get assraped, in the inevitable end of a Cinderella season.

This move means either Oakland are total fucking morons, or the Bengals are the smartest team in the world…
I just, I don’t get 2 first rounders for that dude.

I guess they were forced to do something drastic, but it leaves them with only a 4 & a 6 next year. The really good teams in the league tend to build their team with the draft just look at those fucking patsies.

Whoah Push lets not get crazy!!!
Ill go with the Niners and Pats…with the Pats taking it.

Me either, but I guess the alternative is Kyle Boller which may have been crazier…the fact is that Palmer regressed after his injury and had some pretty good receivers to throw to. I hope it works out for both teams, it would be good for the league to see the Raiders relevant.

If you really look hard at the superbowl teams, a lot of the major pieces came from trade and fee agency. But yeah, the draft is important, lol.

I would have said fuck it, and lived with Boller before I paid 2 fucking firsts for a guy that has been sitting on his ass, and who’s team plays better without him

You’re really sold on the Ravens eh?
Me. Not so much. I’m not the biggest believer in that offence. I think you can neutralize Rice and Boldin and put the pressure on Falco (I mean Flacco). Meh on Falco (I mean Flacco).

If, and only if, that old ass Defense can play like 28-30 year olds all season and into the playoffs, yeah, I believe they can run on anyone.
Now, if they act like the older players that they are, they might fall in the playoffs.
IDK man, the Pats D scares the shit out of me, Pitts isn’t any better than last year, and NY isn’t dominating anyone right now…
It is too early, but if I had to put money on a team right now, I’m going with the best D.
“The Lions and Eagles’ swap of Ronnie Brown and Jerome Harrison has been voided to due “health issues” with Harrison.”
“So one day after being sent to the Lions for Harrison and a 2013 seventh-round pick, Brown will remain an Eagle while Harrison stays in Detroit. It’s a blow for the Lions, who were seeking a bigger back than Harrison to fill in while Jahvid Best is sidelined with a concussion. Brown now goes back to waiver-wire fodder in fantasy leagues, while it’s unclear whom might fill in for Best this weekend. Keiland Williams and Maurice Morris shared first-team practice reps Wednesday. Harrison was a (supposedly) healthy scratch in Week 6.”

The Olympics are coming up this year, screw the NFL Draft, the Raiders are just going to pick straight from the track and field events.
