I agree Print on the OL issues and Mangold is the key. Just didnt know if they would try to get a cheap younger guy to develop, you just cant always bring in the Vets on there last leg.
Maybin is just not NFL material and I dont think Curry is an outside LB, he is more of the weak side ILB.
They must draft a pass rusher and pray he works out.
Well, they also have McKnight & this young kid from L-ville Powell. So I think they are ok w/the run game. Shoring up that O line is a different story. Never ever shoulda gotten rid of Faneca.
I just find it so hard to believe that a guy like Maybin who was such a stud in college can’t find a niche in the NFL. The Curry thing is all speculation on my part.

But is McKnight going to make it? I dont know the Louisville kid.
Hey been watching football for a long time, way to many kids to count who were studs in college and duds in the NFL.
What amazing me is the reverse, guys who were just “guys” in college and become stars in NFL.

^Hell yeah I am worried. Though we don’t have them until week 9 after our bye week, which will certainly help.
We gotta get through Balt. NE, Miami, & SD before we even start sniffing Buffalo.
lol, dude, you’ll smoke miami, and to beat the pats all you have to do is cover welker, gronk & Branch. That will keep them to under 17 points, and you can score 30+ on their D no problem with your receivers & run game.
So that is 2 games out of 4 you have to worry about.

Beans! You of all people should know what it is like playing in that division. Every single game is balls out, beat the hell out of each other until someone is dead. I appreciate the positivity but don’t be givin’ me no reverse psychology w/your Patz!
Don’t think I didn’t catch on to that. Hope you’re not steamed about the waistband comment…HAHAHAHA J/K

I have averaged 198 points for the first 3 weeks.

Oh, the offense is great, no question. Shit Brady tossed 4 (2 were deffo his fault, one deflection was dumbluck and the other you could put on him, but it was a deflection still) pics, one for a TD and they STILL scored 31 and lost by 3.
The Pats D will be why they lose to the Jets twice, and any other team that can hold them under 24-31 points.

Not steamed at all, lol. I still doin’t get it.
It isn’t reverse psychology, it is the truth. The Jets have an abover average if not flat out good D.
All you have to do is hold the Pats to 24 points or less and you win.
It won;t be nearly as funny now that I have to explain it. You were speaking so highly of your UA panties that when you got all swole up towards Cap I didn’t want you busting the waistband cuz they were getting to tight.

If they dont get rid of Martz fucking Cutler will be in a wheel chair by the time he is 30.
seriously dude… Cutler could be so good… granted he makes some bad throws, but if he had the right tools, IMO he could be right up there with Tom Brady, Peyton Manning (if he played), and Aaron Rodgers. Quite the statement but I believe it. His wide receiver core is shit with the one dude injured (I forget his name), so all he has is Johnny Knox which isn’t that great. His O-line… well, you guys know the story there. And Martz is just wrong for Cutler, plain and simple. Martz is probably wrong for anyone.

I think with all the right players he would never be up there with those QBs. He is too inconsistent. He had some awesome receivers in Denver and a really good O-line and still put up comparable numbers to what he does in Chicago. He just got sacked a lot less in Denver.
The Jets werent running the ball with Mangold playing, so its not gonna be as easy as just getting healthy, Im not a greene fan he doesent seem to have that second gear. Admittedly there isnt too many holes out there, but I do not think the line can be solely the reason for Greenes poor start, he is simply mediocre. THE JETS HAVE TO give Mcknight at least 10-12 touches a game, I believe he can make things happen and with him getting the ball will make Greene more effective because their styles are so different. Slaton it seems was a product of the Texans “give it to any body with 2 hands” and hell run effectively system.
The pass to run ratio with the Jets is about 60 Pass 40 Run, I would want closer to a 50-50 split obviously, but honestly the Jets strenth is their passing game, Holmes, Keller, Burress, LT and Mason aint to shabby. Greene LT is pretty fucking mediocre, you want your offense to play to its strength which is SANCHIZE to KELLER ALL FUCKING DAY!!!
As much as I loathe the NFC East talk all day every day, why the fuck is Philly getting so much G-damned attention? WHY?!?!?!
Two beat writers get in a fistfight in the Eagles press-room, basically about their statements on whether Vic is going to start on Sunday… and THAT’S national news?
“Vick Vick Vick, Reid Says…, Vick Vick Vick.”
Fuckin’ do not even care. At all. AT ALL. The way I see it, Vick is trying to play football. Plain and simple. The philly writers have turned his presence into the second coming of talking shit about McNabb and Terrel Owens.
That being said, I like Andy Reid a lot. I just don’t understand the Philly/East Coast (read ESPN) coverage of that particular team.
