Lol. The only people that like Vick are eagle fans…
And Pro-Bowl voters…

And apparently some Cowboys. Did you see that one Cowboy ask Vick to sign a glove (either for him or someone else) during the post-game hand shakes?
Yeah, weird, I believe it was Tashard Choice.

the eagles-cowboys game definitely redeemed the weekend… that was a helluva game back and forth in the second half u gotta love it…

after the first drive i thought it was gonna be a long night for the cowboys but they fought back hard and actually took the lead for a little but mistakes really cost them… thank god philly kept miles austin quiet and tashard choice from the endzone on the first drive… im still alive in fantasy!!!
What I have complained about for last 5 years, our defense is where we lack BALLS. Oh well at least we kept it close.

You all have fun, going out of town for my kid. Later.

I will admit, I’m starting to drink the Patz cool-aide a little.

The youth on that team freaks me out, but hey, BB seems to have them keyed in and playing above expectations…

Brady is a straight up stud in every sense of the word.
Oh he sure is.

your right should be interesting to see how many reached the stadium.

This gives the Giants another day to get their players healthy (i.e Nicks, Smith, Bradshaw) which is a positive and it gives Favra another day to get healthier which is a negative for the vikes!
No way is this a positive for the Giants. They had to leave early for minny, then got stuck in the KC airport all day, then fire alarm woke them up in the hotel Sunday morning, now fly to Detroit and then play the Eagles for the division on a short week. This is positively bullshit but certainly not positive. Nicks and Smith were playing on Sunday anyway.

yea i heard about the giants travel arrangements… it was horrid to say the least… not much rest when ure on the road…

Im drinkin the Pats kool aid too. That offense is so damn similar to the one that brought all the rings to NE. The defense also has to be really confident.

Positive in the sense that it gives favre another day to rest and play more than nicks and smith…but whatever

Well if Favre plays that would be good for the Giants so I hear you but I’m pissed. And of course the brain trust in Connecticut doesn’t know enough to report that the Giants now have to play the most important game of the year on a short week. They’re busy with Favre and picture of the dome to realize they are completely missing THE story.

Im certainly not surprised, I know that smith and nicks were gonna play anyway, but I really feel it may be a positive, its now kind of a neutral site, your not gonna run on the vikes so you have your receivers on an extra day of football rest which is how they have to beat the vikes…

Giants 31 Vikes 17

Cant wait to face the eagles again

The change in location is a plus. They really do need to beat the Eagles though so anything that impacts that negatively is not good.

I thought the boys had them last night. Damn it!! And the skins score the tying TD only to blow the extra point? Damn it again!

The finish this year is awesome with all these playoff spots still up in the air.

They were talking about that on the radio… From what they were saying that, and worse happens all teh time.

I am happy for Vick. He did his time, and is a great ball player. But it’s hard to get over the whole “killed some dogs” thing, personally. I’m a huge bleeding vag for animals.

The last 3 weeks, for sure.

BB has them over achieveing like a mofo, and I think it can continue at this point.

But I look at the numbers and get nervous. A banged up Colts team was one pass away from winning that game… And we would likely see them in the playoffs. Pitts just can’t seem to stop the Pats, but the Ravens are a dangerous team too.

And anyone counting the Jets out are dumb. They are one good game away from getting all the swagger back, and their D is a good unit.

This year kicks ass on so many levels.

Except for WC and DJ, lol.

I was listening to Boomer Esiason on the radio this morning with regards to the Jets strength and conditioning coach kneeing the dolphin player…I was thinking wtf does a strength and conditioning coach need to be on the sidelines for?

So boomer goes on to say that these coaches are called Pushback coaches and their sole purpose on the sidelines is to keep the players on the sidelines from interfereing with the players on the field…and he is the one who committed the retarded act.

I AM NOT defending what he did and feel he needs to be fired…but I have been in sports situations on the sidelines and you feel helpless and do stupid shit.

I remember about 5 or 6 years ago Bill Cowher looking like he was gonna punch an opposing player that was returning a kick for TD, he reared back for a punch and held back…he was just so frustrated that he could do nothing…I loved Cowher in a way for it. Its certainly not the stupid act that the jet coach did but it reminded me of the time.

nothing bleeding vag like when a person coldly tortures and murders defenseless animals…its being a human being with a soul…

Funny part is, he could have strung up 3 or 4 dudes, and I wouldn’t care.

It’s like a killed women and children.

I fully believe if he didnt get caught, he would of murdered human beings.

as far as the strength and conditioning coach… i mean i could understand if the phins player was running out of bounds on purpose in order to “accidentally” run into some jets staff but the whole thing was uncalled for… there’s reports that the S&C coach tried to hide it later by switching colored hats and taking off the hat entirely… if u see some pics of the said incident you’ll see jets coaches and training staff just looking at nolan carrol not even checking to see if he’s ok… that kinda irked me too…

ehhh but that was yesterday. i also have to agree, i really like the nfl this year (save from last week’s games). every team is competitive and every team is 2-3 games in or out of the playoffs… who would’ve thought St. Louis would be in their current standing?

Never was justifying it, just reminded me of a few things…like I said he should be fired.

Matty, Boomer is the man, if anyone wants a somewhat feel good story look up him and cystic fibrosis. On topic, I think what the s&c coach did was such an asinine thing he deserves to lose his job over it.

Beans, I really think BB just has finally started to put his fingerprint on that young ass defense, we have known the whole season he can turn anyone into a stud (within reason, I mean) and it has just taken a little bit longer than normal for him to do it with that group.
