Newbs and 'Roids

On this site, I hear people say all the time that nobody should take steroids until they’ve gotten an appreciable amount of mass naturally.

However, all the time, left and right, I see people I know taking gear for the first time with very little mass, and they freakin blow up.

Besides the whole messing up your natural T thing if you’re young and taking gear, why shouldn’t you take steroids without a good amount of mass on you?

I personally don’t care who takes steroids, but I do know an idiot that took them before he was naturally strong and he broke his arm while arm wrestling. His muscles were too strong for his weak body I think. I don’t think the same thing would happen to someone who trained dedicatedly and got strong without drugs first.

Like u said, if u ABUSE AAS when your body is still maturing, it can really mess with your natural hormone levels.

Also, as u know, AAS is very hard on the heart and liver. The less abuse on these the better, so if u hold off on AAS, its just less damage that u put on ur body. The longer u do AAS, the more health problems u will develop. Because AAS are being taken at younger and younger ages, people are developing health issues sooner. 30 yrs. old is very young for a liver transplant.

Also, AAS are not meant to take the place of proper nutrition and training. For example someone on here posted that their diet is crap, but their tren would make up for that. Diet and training should be your primary weapons, and they should come first.

That being said, many assume that if you are weak or young, you do not know how to train and eat properly. Thus, waiting a few years will give you experience in eating right and training right.

Also, with AAS, there is the law of diminishing returns. “your first cycle will be your best cycle”. i cant count how many times ive heard that, and its mostly true. If you take roids too early, you are kinda limiting the anabolic capacity of future cycles.

That being said, I do not have any problem with a young or weak guy taking AAS as long as they research it, and use them responsibly. Responsibly is the key word.

This would be my reasoning. Even those who have already gained strength need to watch the strength progression with AAS. Along with bone, tendons take a lot longer than muscles to adapt and are not directly affected by AAS like muscle mass/strength is.

You can use if you’re pretty young, you just have to make sure your ENTIRE body progresses at a constant rate, not just muscular strength.

meh it all depends really, arnie used since 15 y.o and he doesn’t look to fucked up to me,i heard mike tyson started at 18-19,lee priest at 19,more of them even younger, but like 17 year olds who weigh 150lbs soaken wet shouldn’t be on the sauce since they don’t know how to eat or train basically, most of them claim hardgainer when there diet looks like
