Newbie with TRT and Supplements

Completely new to TRT and trying to learn about basic supplements to support it. My doctor prescribed TRT for me after multiple blood tests showing very flow free T due to high SHBG. Been on trt for about 8 months and have had dosage changed twice after checking bloodwork. Feeling good that my dosage is dialed in with the bloodwork to back it up. But I still think my libido could be better.

With that said I’m obviously interested in maximizing my results and improve libido more. I’ve been reading a lot about vitamin D, magnesium, and zinc.

What is the go to in this area? Should I take zinc and magnesium separately? Or should I just do ZMA to make life easier? Planning on doing Vitamin D in the mornings. Do I need all 3?

Basic recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
