Newbie User Suggestions?

Hey, Im going to be 21 and am a avid bodybuilder. I have competed naturally and did very well but now want to take it to the next level. I plan on doing a 10 week cycle of test…(500mg/week).I am not positive what I will be cycling off with.

My weight currently is about 180-185. 5’9.

Any suggestions will be apprecitated.

Well how about you do a few things for us.

1.) pictures are a good start
2.) what’s your lifestyle like (drinking, smoking, wife, kids, job, etc.)
3.) your goals for your cycle
4.) training history and style
5.) normal diet, not pre-contest
6.) list any health problems, issues, or abnormalities you might have
7.) lastly why don’t you type out exactly what you think your cycle will consist of including any ancillary drugs you will use and any sort of thought you have given to the various PCT methods

Now then, assuming you are cut out for AAS, here are a few guidelines I always try and impress upon first-time users.

1.) use a moderate dose of test (500mg/wk) for the whole cycle, no other compounds are needed
2.) if you want a kickstart that bad, then use prop to do that
3.) run it for 12 weeks and inject E3D
4.) use a 6 week stasis period followed by a taper as your PCT method

Myself and the others here will be more than willing to answer your questions, but you have to put some work into this yourself if you expect us to do the same.

My only problem with you is your age. 21 is on the young side, but it can still be done. I ran my first cycle then and regret it now because I definitely could have made more gains with ease naturally but was an impatient SOB. Eh, that’s the way it goes-- no harm, no foul.
