Newbie Seeks Advice

I’m currently sitting at 180, 5’9, 27 years of age, and of average strength/build. Took a few years off from lifting for personal reasons.

Anyways, I’m here for some advice. My first experience with anything was with a pro hormone stack. Crazy strength gain, size, libido, etc. All that shit is banned now. Also ended up getting gyno from it as I don’t think the pct they had was adequate.

I want to start using test. I’ve only used it once on a super short cycle that was stopped after a few weeks due to work.

Obviously, no idea what I’m doing. What would be a solid beginner cycle? And solid on cycle support/pct? Really don’t want to have to get gyno surgically removed again.

So… how long have you been lifting now? Solid lifting, as in no breaks, training dialed in, PRs are tapped etc?

Are you committed at this point because there is no reason to mess with your HPTA if there is a possibility you will quit.

Search ‘First cycle’ in Pharma. There is a plethora of knowledge and all the answers you seek. Put something together and ask for critiques.

There will be no stopping this time as my current employment does not require any tests.

I am assuming you are not active duty any longer? I would recommend getting lab work done before any cycles or gear use to give you a baseline for comparison later. What did you do about your gyno ?

This is wise advice if you are proceeding. FT, TT, E2, FSH, LH, SHBG at the very minimum. You can even do this through online services without a Dr script in most states. Oh and gyno isn’t just from poor PCT. You can get that running straight test at moderate levels if you are prone to it. In that case you would want to run Nolvadex during the cycle as well.
