Releases tomorrow.
Anyone else going to get this? I definitely am. “New Moon Rising” had me sold when I heard it back in August. It’s a real rock album, good guitars, wailing vocals, driving drums.
It’s about time.
I’ll be checking them out next weekend in Boston.

Dude I just heard that track yesterday on a San Diego station and it kicks ass. 'Nother one of those supergroup concoctions but this one works really well.

Brad, Larry, if you’re wondering, I caught TCV in Boston a few weeks ago and every song they played was better than New Fang. New Fang’s a cool song, I’m not saying it’s bad, but every song they played was awesome. Their album drops on Nov. 17th.
On another note the new Wolfmother is damn good. Just finished lifting with it playing and there wasn’t one weak song I heard. Bad ass album; better than their debut imo

I believe you man. That thirty second clip of one of their songs that’s been up for a few months has one of the most foul ass riffs I’ve ever heard. Damn, November’s gonna be good month for blockbuster music releases, based on what I know.

Hell yea brotha … on another note, while I was lifting this morning one of the tv’s in the weight room was playing a Shakira video as I was going to get a sip from the water fountain. This guy was loading up the seated row station and stopped dead in his tracks with a 45 in his hand staring at the tv. We had a moment lol … your avatar reminded me of that video … so I guess I’m saying thank you

Wolfmother are great - Australian rock is under-rated IMO.
Some very talented musicians in that part of the world.

Silverchair and Grinspoon on the other hand - worth checking out if you don’t know them.
Grinspoon have actually just released a new album not too long ago, though silverchair have gone a bit “pop” - but are still one of my favourite bands.

Grinspoon are still good in my opinion. I like their new album - it’s like a continuation of their previous work.
