Good luck with your non-existent problem.

Doesn’t look like test is your problem. Your diet is probably part of it, low carb makes many people feel like crap. You eat between 2500-4000, why the huge fluctuation?

Have you struggled with anxiety and or depression in your teens or currently?

I’m not gonna lie guys, Test is a possibility for him.

I remember when I came off cycle in 2016 and I left things alone for almost 2 years. When I got blood work I had very similar numbers to his, besides the thyroid. My free t was always around mid range-ish and my total T pretty high with a high SHBG. I felt exactly the way he did.

My bloodwork was never consistent however. I would retest again a few months later and see my free t in the toilet. SHBG and total T even higher.

I remember doing clomid and hcg at different times for a restart. I felt good for a few days and then it’s like my body couldn’t keep up and fell flat again.

I thought, “it must be this or that” and tried everything! I couldn’t find anything that helped alleviate my symptoms at all.

TRT was the only time anything improved yet I haven’t figured it out completely yet.

I would try getting a round of Hcg and nolva afterwards, giving a restart a try at some point.

TRT is always an option and with those numbers I wouldn’t rush into it. However you must give it everything you have to stay natty so you can be honest and at peace should the day come where you try TRT.
