I cant get enough of PB dude…I mix it with dry curd Cottage cheese…on multigrain bread mostly. I just started buying the organic kind since its more pure for ya, and it took me a bit to get used to it…but thats cause it doesn’t have all that SHIT added in. Now, I just wanna sleep with a jar
Add a TBSP of extra virgin olive oil to your shakes, as well (just not your PWO shakes). A TBSP of EVOO is an easy and healthy 120 extra calories.
Also, try mixing Chocolate Metabolic Drive with Natural PB, and freezing it. You can use about a scoop of Metabolic Drive per 1/3 jar of PB or so. You can mix it all together in a bowl and freeze it or do what I do, make little hershey kiss-type mounds of the mixture and freeze them. Come back the next day and you have the most delicious home-made muscle-building treat ever. =]
i know its only been a few weeks but ive been making progress like. its ace mate.
I’m going to spain in about 5 weeks on a mapping excursion for my course at uni and were based in the middle of nowhere. few hundred people, one very basic shop, no phone signal sort of deal… i need to figure out a way of keepin up my excersize and not wasting away. theres a few articles on here that are alrite but has anyone else got any good ideas?
hotcarl yeah i had a look at that, its interesting. most of those things seem common sense, bar some of the leg excersizes.
haha there might be a couple of cars, i’ll see what i can do when i get there.
i was thinkin, ill have a big hold-all bag with me so i could fill that up with like bottles of water or sand or somethin and use that for some of them.
