Im under the care of a doctor with script but I still have to take it upon myself to figure out what works best. Otherwise, Its going to be standard protocol stuff that works well for the majority of men. Guys on forums are the minority. No roller coaster for me unless I make a change to my protocol.
How long did you stay at each dosage before deciding to change amount again?
