That’s right folks, it’s that time of year again. Second half of Season 13 begins airing tonight. I’m more excited for this shit than Christmas!

[i] October 5, 2009 - The boys of South Park return this Wednesday for the second half of the 13th season. With the explosion of ghost hunting shows on cable over the last few years (there are four new ones debuting in October and November alone!), the South Park writers may be looking to lampoon this genre of television in the return of South Park.

Powerful forces are tormenting Ike Broflovski, the adopted younger brother of Kyle. He’s freaked out and the stress could kill him. Kyle and the boys are doing everything they can to save him, but the poltergeists won’t leave the poor kid alone. They’re forced to seek out professional ghost hunters to bring some sense of normalcy back to the Broflovski household.

Tune in when South Park airs “Dead Celebrities” on Wednesday, October 7th at 10:00pm ET on Comedy Central. “Dead Celebrity” will re-air multiple times throughout the week; you can catch it at 12:00am and 10:30pm on Thursday, 11:00pm on Sunday, and 3:00 am on Monday. [/i]

It may be too soon, but from a technical standpoint. Not enough time between the death and having this done. Maybe have a Red Dawn episode later on this year perhaps…

eh, i was hoping for a knock me off my ass omg amazing episode, i agree with SSC, 6-7/10 at best. some serious laugh out loud moments, but I felt they just tried to cram too many jokes in there without tying them together.

then again, its south park. fucking loved it lol

I enjoyed this one. It was better than a lot of the first half of the season. I’ve felt that for the last 3-4 years whenever they try to do a celebrity episode it always gets a little cheesy. But the random episodes like the one where kenny gets cheesed out of his fucking head are always great.
