WHAT!? When the teaser was released they were hyping it as a “hard R”.

A little hesitant to feel anticipation for this movie. I thought the first one was going to have all the awesomeness of Rambo and Commando rolled into one. Turned out just ‘okay’.

You can’t ‘force’ a hit, if you know what I mean. Films that are slated to be classics in the pre-production phase by either the film-makers or fans rarely turn out to be the final product everyone was expecting and fantasising about.
YES WE CAN!

This looks like it could be funny.
The trailer is funny but I don’t think the movie will be as good as Borat.

And here’s some pretty cool, POSSIBLY SPOILER-ISH, pictures of the costume and make-up transformation a few characters go through. I’m kinda wondering how/why the second dude ends up wearing the lady’s nighty and necklace, but I can take a pretty good guess.

Now this is something I may look forward to see. I’m fascinated by humans behaviours and dynamics in unexpected circumstances and in claustrophobic surroundings, just like in Devil or, in Luis Bunuel’s The Exterminating Angel.
Dark Knight Rises Trailer
I saw this the other nite. I know, don’t laugh.
it was predictable, about what I expected in a RomCom date movie. looking at Mila’s pre-pubescent boobies was less than satisfying, but her and JT are likeable enough.
but who really stole the show was Shaun White.
srsly, i recommend this movie for the Shaun White performance -
hilar.

Beast. I love you. No homo.
With one post, you have surpassed Pootie Tang and RSGZ as my internet best friend.[/quote]
You cheap bastard.
Still, you have a point.

I don’t know. I hate to make assumptions based on a trailer but it looks like Bane is just blowing shit up, playing prisoners against citizens, and testing Batman psychologically. Isn’t that exactly what the Joker did in TDK? I hope there is more to it than that. How many trilogies have we seen trip at the finish line? This movie is showing all the indicators of following the same path: monotony, poor casting decisions (Hathaway), and unreasonable hype. I’ll still give Nolan my ten bucks though.

Obviously still a lot more trailers to come, but I’m baffled that they didn’t just drop a Smaug line(don’t even have to show him) into that trailer. But hey, I’m not the marketing professional I guess.
