New Member with Blood Results

What’s up guys, been here awhile learning, but first post. I’m currently on test cyp 50mg twice a week(Mon and Thurs). No hcg, no ai

Blood test results: (Taken before Thursday injection 7:45am)
Cortisol 22.3mcg/dL (3-22)
Free t4 1.5ng/dL (0.9-1.4)
Free t3 3.9pg/mL (2.9-4.6)
Vitamin 25-OH d3 53ng/mL (30-100)
Total testosterone 1100ng/dL
Free testosterone 228.9pg/mL
DHEA 225ng/dL
DHT 54ng/dL
DHEA-S 241mcg/dL (24-537)
Prolactin <1.0ng/mL
Progesterone <0.5ng/mL (<1.4)
Pregnenolone 91
Estradiol 37pg/mL (<39)
SHBG 41nmol/L (10-50)
Total cholesterol 160mg/dL (125-170)
HDL cholesterol 32mg/dL (31-65)
Triglycerides 74mg/dL (38-152)

Right now I’m experiencing an increase in anxiety, which I’m attributing to higher e2 and cortisol. I’m going to lower test cyp to 35mg twice a week to try and get into the 750 total testosterone range and lower my e2 to around 25. I refuse to use an ai. I might try ashwagandha+Vitamin C for cortisol. Going to be adding in hcg next week as my lh and fsh are nonexistent. Any input or suggestions for these results? Thanks ahead of time

Just curious, why are you against using an AI?

My lipids are already not too good, and when I use an AI they get worse. The only estrogen control I would ever use would be aromasin

looks like you have one of two choices here, use an AI or lower the test. Pretty simple I think. The fact that your at 1100 and have 37 Estrogen leads me to believe you actually control Estrogen fairly well. If you can get that TT number back in the 800-900s this may also solve your estrogen issue and bring you back to mid 20s… I always feel bad at that TT 1100 level w anxiety. I know some may disagree with me but the relative benefits to risks after the 900 TT level are overstated and may be downright harmful.

Lipids not too good? Confused on this one. HDL is a little low which is common, i have the same problem and have tried everything to remedy, have only been able to do so by 5-7points, family issues this may be inherited trait, my grandmother ate fried foods all day everyday for all her life and HDL was constantly above normal range. I would argue that at 160 TT your cholesterol is actually too low. Needs to be in 180s.
