Damn, I just now saw this post.

My training has been going very well. I feel like I’ll break through that wall I encountered before I got hurt.

So does your team have required weight training sessions? When I played we had a lot of those. Ridiculously high volume sessions with almost no rest between sets. It was pretty brutal.

we lift twice a week, i miss one of the sessions from playing a jv game :slight_smile: and the other one i just walk around, spot and do extra stuff like hang cleans and other thing.
its not to bad cuz the coaches no im jacked lol and let me do what i want mostly, i dont mind it
