Kill Clive Owen!
Actually it wasn’t his fault, but I hated his section in sin city. I hate any cookie-cutter “chick with a katana that kills everybody” movie.
Yeah,I mean they weren’t just following the way Miller portrayed it in the graphic novels or anything…

Clive Owen is more suited to chick flicks like that film ‘Closer’ with Julia Roberts and Natalie Portman.

Roger Moore was a good bond, but I think Brosnan was best. Never liked Connery, but he was good in the Rock and Higlander, probably two films he’d least talk about.

THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE HIGHLANDER!

This is the earliest pic I could find back when I was anywhere near your current level of development. It was taken back in 2001 I weighed 210lbs in this pic with 18" arms, clearly bigger than you are now. You are accusing me of what again?
Dam X, your Jacked!

No need for shorts, your quads look ridiculous in pants.

Back to Bond…

Hey, Im not saying he’ll be a good Bond. Did you know this guy can’t drive a stick shift and has to use a modified automatic Bond car? LOL…

Either way, just trying to prove a point that this guy aint too shabby for a hollywood movie nowadays. He at least looks like he can kick some ass.

Also, there is no way your arms are 18.5" in that pic. Stop fooling yourself. They might be 17.5", but no way are they over 18.

Please notice arm size compared to head size or fist size. That’s the easiest way to tell…that you are wrong.
I can’t see your head in that pic.

so … how about that james bond then.

im know T-Nation is a site concerned with the male physique but cant you guys duke it out in a face off somewhere else. i cant believe off topic threads cant even stay off topic.

I’ll have to reserve my judgement until I see the movie. James Bond is all about attitude and content; a photograph cannot communicate that. How jacked his is or how big his arms are is not the issue. It’s how he comes across on the screen and how well he portrays the character.

And I gotta say Sean Connery will always be my favorite. Roger Moore was the worst.
Hey, even Roger Moore understood that he got by with good looks and one eyebrow.

More pics if anyone is interested…

Plus more on his battle with the sun.

Oh and Sean Connary was the best, for the record.

Wow those pictures make him look even worse than he did before.

Well said. I never knew a 200 ft high, radioactive-gas breathing creature could summarize things so well.

Still skinny though. If you’re “much more built” than a 7 year old girl, would you brag? Don’t expect hollywood to get any better at this kinda thing.
Dude, it’s James Bond he’s playing, not The Incredible Hulk!

Oh no, you are wrong…Zardoz is the movie Sean Connery wants to talk about the least.

Why doesn’t he just learn how to drive a stick? It’s not hard… And would’ve been cheaper.

people think clive owen shouldnt be bond?

that guy is great. see croupier for instance

“18 inch arms are not huge by any means, that just goes to show you how underdeveloped you are when you concider 18 inch arms “huge”. Quit attacking me and use common sense when trying to prove a point”

this is bullshit, 18 inch arms are pretty fucking huge if you are less than 10% bf. roy jones jr had like 14inch arms for his fight with ruiz, your telling me 4 inches on top of that wouldnt be huge

if you are a fat slob, then no, they arent huge

Why would the Bond car even have a stick? Most recent sport/luxury models have electronic shifting anyway.

Most have stick with the option for electronic shifting.

Manual shifting gives better performance.

Sean Connery was the best. Period.
This new guy looks pretty good. Let’s give him a chance.
Anybody who says 18 inch arms are not big is a fucking idiot.
Bond is a spy and not a powerlifter or bodybuilding bikini poser. He drinks martinis and gets all the pussy. He kills people. I like him.
Saying he looks like a 7 year old girl is the most retarded thing I have read.
Like another poster here wrote…I will bet that this guy looks better than 95% of the posters on this forum.
If there are a couple of huge guys hiding behind their screen names then please post us your pictures so we can be in awe of your 21 inch arms and 34 inch waist.
Liars.

Thanks, grey.
I rest my case.

Roy jones jr??? Why the fuck are you bringing him up? 18 is normally what normal not lifting people start concidering “huge”, but to bodybuilders it’s just “normal”. So don’t expect a bunch of iron heads to have orgasms when they see 18 inch arms.

James Bonds’ car has to be a stick - so he can flip the top of it up and fire either missiles or ejection seat, or both.

What the heck is wrong with everyone, doesn’t anyone remember George Lazenby? Has nobody seen On Her Majesty’s Secret Service???

nobody has an opinion? I thought he was OK. The only Bond who cried, I think. At the end. Also the only time he was married.

Connery was good, got old, got the flick, came back again many years later and was still good despite being even older.

Roger Moore was good for a laugh and added a bit of humour to it.

Brosnan was too pretty boy, but kept the ladies happy, and franchise alive.

Dalton I thought would be good, but somehow just wasn’t right.

New guy is meeting a tonne of resistance from fans … let’s give him a go see how he goes.

Question is: who was the best bond girl? I mean who really cares who plays James as long as he’s not a complete tosser

Take your pick

my vote: denise richards, halle berry, tanya roberts

What was the best vehicle?

A soft spot for the Lotus Esprit. Any car that can go underwater as well, that’s what I wouldn’t mind.
