I think I’m a TRT candidate, looking for any advice.

Thanks!

I would say you are certainly a candidate but I will let others with far more knowledge comment. I am interested in your post though as my case very similar to yours right down to the other meds you are taking.

None of this is medical advice at all and I’m not sure what I can offer. You do seem like a candidate for TRT. I assume the drugs you are taking are for weight and diet related matters. My t level was a bit lower than yours and I started TRT about two months ago. But before I started, I made a deal with myself to get myself in a little better shape and get my diet in order before TRT was started. It’s not a miracle drug, you need to exercise and get your diet in order.

I would do those things first, to the extent you can, with a T level of 209 I still went to the gym at least five days a week and got my diet in order. I don’t think it’s a good idea “to ease” into a program. You need to grab it by the ass and go get it. Once you have started down the right path, by all means get TRT. It can be a lengthy process so while you are doing the above you can start with looking for a doctor and researching protocols and such. Best of luck.

You should not start life long hormone therapy if you do not need it…you need to test LH, FSH, PROLACTIN, ESTRADIOL, TOTAL ESTROGENS, PROGESTERONE
