-2200-2500/day calories, which is maintenance or gains weight
-training 3-4 days a week of sub max lifting on a progression
-testes never ache
-haven’t had a morning erection in years. I can still get an erection but I never think about sex.

I measured my morning temp this morning and it was 96.6, afternoon 98.3

Basically over the past 3-4 years or so my libido has been dwindling and now basically is nonexistant. If I dont lift for a week my muscles basically shrivel up to nothing. No hair loss or cold intolerance. Weird emotional lability with exaggerated emotional responses (hear a sad story on the radio I tear up). Feel extremely sluggish and fatigued all the time and not exactly sad but not happy either, no motivation. This is really putting a damper on my relationship as my gf doesn’t feel wanted/pretty etc.

My PCP agreed to the above lab work but not E2 or cortisol. She is chalking all of this up to depression. I am calling her today to see if she will agree to endo referral.

Any insight?

anybody? I’m real confused here.

Your blood work isn’t that bad T, and free T are decent, SHBG is a little high,
your thyroid #'s seem a bit out of whack (read the thyroid stickey),
Free T3 would have also been helpful to see.

Many Dr’s fight with men over testing e2, and it shows their ignorance wrt to men’s TRT.
Your symptoms do sound consistent with elevated e2. Many endos aren’t great for men’s
TRT either. I’d suggest that you read the stickeys about Finding a TRT doc, LABWORK,
and ESTRADIAL.
