Thanks for the critique. Thighs are my weak spot, for sure. Doing lotsa cardio to lean them out. Enclosed leg pic - don’t have any posing ones, but will give you general idea.

One thing I’ve gleaned from you male gymrats: You judge a strong woman harshly but descry the weak women that fill your existence. Otherwise, a whole forum of woeful males - I believe it’s dubbed “Sex and the Male Animal”- moaning about being cheated on; would not exist.
I admire strong woman. In fact my training partner is a woman and one of my best friends. Ex gf in fact. One of the best training partners i have had. Very driven. I cannot speak for BBB, but he appears to be a highly intelligent individual. That may have simply been his subjective opinion to what you posted.I have not posted in SAMA as far as I know, I don’t need emotional support or a shoulder to cry on.
There are far better ways to lose body fat than “lots of cardio”. Look around the site, please. you will see better options. i am training my friend for a figure comp. I am far more interested in her diet and lifting than cardio. Granted, some is fine, but it isnt the answer.
I gave an honest response if the original poster is indeed trolling…fine. I don’t care, I have better things to do or perhaps I just don’t spend much time on internet forums. This thing called life keeps getting in the way
