Anyone else at that point where they change the channel the second any Dark Knight related commercial comes on just in case they show something new and you don’t want to have anything else spoiled?

I do, I’m also seeing it in the IMAX on the 18th. The lady at the ticket counter told me get there 1-2 HOURS early to get in line. I think I’ll bring a magazine…

Nice, I’m going for the 10:20pm showing (there’s a friggin 1:10am showing too, which would end at what, 4 in the morning??)
I’m hoping for a cool preview, too. It was at the IMAX showing of “I Am Legend” that I saw that 6-minute clip of “The Dark Knight”. I’ve been excited for it ever since.
Damnit, looks like I have to wait till the 25th to see it.
My inconsiderate friend had the nerve to schedule his wedding for the 18th. I might boycott. After all, I’ve seen weddings. I haven’t seen The Dark Knight.

Plus, two years from now, you probably won’t even remember anything about the wedding or have any good memories of it, where I bet we’ll all still talking about The Dark Knight and watching it on DVD over and over.

I have my IMAX tickets for that Sunday. Originally we were going to see it on the 18th, but one of my friends has to work (he’s a cop) and my other friend has his daughters (too young to take to the movie), so we are pushing it back to Sunday.

An asshole who’s getting two tickets to the opening day showing of The Dark Knight for his wedding gift, that’s who.

HA! Pwnage.
The only disappointment in the movie (for me), is that they managed to find a more unattractive woman than katie holmes to play rachel. I didn’t think it was possible, but there you go.
