New Cycle.....Thoughts?

Diet is spot on and at least 1.5-2 grams of protein daily. Coming from 50% food 50% supplement.

don’t you think thats too much protein a whole 2 grams?

No it isn’t too much protein. I need an abundance of calories anyway right now so I might as well make them useful ones.

I ingest 90 grams with just my pre and post workout shakes alone. And that is within an hour and a half of each other.

The rest comes mostly from food during the day. Being that I am 215 lbs I need at least 350 a day on cycle to have it not be a total waste.

Got up 295x6 and 365x1 for my bench wave set last night. So it is starting to kick in now!
