I am 6"0 currently 230lbs i was very active before use to work out every day i just started working out not too long ago and i am trying to shred some fat of my body how would you guys administer the doses ?
I weighed 210lbs solid , i am 33 years and i have been lifting weights on and off since i was 14 , i did 3 years in prison i worked out a-lot in there no weights though mostly intense calisthenics
How many AAS cycles have you done?
Can you bench press 1.5 times your body weight? I your case 315lbs. How many reps?
Can you squat 2 times your body weight? How many reps?
I would give muscle memory and natural gains sufficient time to do their part. After having plateaued for at least two months, only then would I result to AAS to start acquiring enhanced gains.
I would hold off of tren until you get the “easy” common AAS gains. Maybe a couple years.
I particularly don’t recommend sustanon unless you just absolutely detest pinning. I would choose either cypionate or enanthate.
I have no experience with Masteron.
I believe you can make significant gains with 200mg/wk with Deca, especially stacked onto a 200mg/wk testosterone base.
